Refund Policy
Recharge on your Mobile/DTH/Data Card are real time transactions and there will be no refund or exchange permitted. However, in a case where a transaction has been completed by you on the site, and money has been charged to your card or bank account but a recharge has not been delivered of your completion of the transaction for any reason, then you may inform us by sending us an email on care@ezytm.com in or posting us a message on the contact us page, it will be refunded in your EzyTm Wallet Within 24 hours from the date of request.
Please note that as soon as the transaction fails, money automatically gets added into your wallet. You can either utilise this amount by recharging again.
- We request you to include in the email the following details:
- The mobile number /DTH account number/data card number
- Transaction Number
- Operator name
- Recharge amount
- Transaction date
